DAV Pakhowal Road Genus’ Begged Laurels
The brilliant students of DAV Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana once again proved their unbeatable wit and genius by winning laurels at National Level Vaigyanika – 2016 Workshop Phase-II organized by Shaheed Rajpal DAV Public School, Dayanand Vihar, New Delhi on 20 Jan, 2017. For the construction of model Vacuum Cleaner, Naman Arora (XII-Sci) bagged I position along with a cash prize of Rs. 5,000/- and winners’ trophy. In the same competition Harsh Khatri (XII-Sci) grabbed III position along with a cash prize of Rs. 2000 and a trophy. Both Naman Arora and Harsh Khatri expressed their heartfelt thanks to their teachers for their unending support and guidance.
The school feels proud of another meritorious achievement by Bhavjeet Singh (XII-Sci) who stood first in the Physics Olympiad conducted by GNIPS Model Town and won a scholarship of Rs. 1,100.
The Principal Dr. Satwant Kaur Bhullar shared that by Almighty’s grace and with the sheer hard work of the students the school is progressing day by day in the collection of its prestigious records. The staff and students put in their best efforts to embellish the archives of the school. It is a matter of great pride for us that out of eleven DAV Schools from India, DAV Pakhowal School has grabbed the winning positions of the esteem competition by giving a cut throat competition to the participants. She expressed her elation on this special occasion and mentioned her keen desire to see the youth conquering the world with their proficient skills and creative thinking. She extended her best wishes and congratulated the grandparents and parents of the achievers. She stated that their intelligence and endeavour truly deserved success.
She ensured that she is in a constant pursuit to explore and produce many more brainiac gems and whiz kids through wonderful opportunities and elite platform.
