DAV Pakhowal Road Girls entered CBSE Finals
The U-19 Basketball girls team from DAV Public School, Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana paved their way to the CBSE Nationals by grabbing Gold at CBSE U-19 Basketball Tournament Cluster Level 2018 held at Major Ajaib Singh Convent School, Faridkot on 10/10/2018. The school Principal Dr Satwant Kaur Bhullar shared her excitment stating that this is the much awaited achievement. The girls are really unstoppable.They have worked sweat and blood to bring laurels to the school. They created their own path by giving cut throat competition to their opponents and winning it one- sided. The school is rendering comprehensive coaching to the students who aspire to be sportstars. The on campus gymnasium, off hours professional coaching and enormous sports arenas lead to intensive and extensive training of the students.
Mr Rajesh Thakur, HOD Physical Dept. shared the school is providing every possible facility to nourish the budding sportstars. The students are prepared meticulously to partcipate in various sports events from District to International Levels. The school players are looking forward to grab more and more accolades for the school in future also.
