NSS UNIT ORGANIZED THREE DAYS VIRTUAL CELEBRATIONS TO MARK 73rd REPUBLIC DAY

To celebrate Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and salute the National heroes on 73rd Republic Day a series of virtual programmes were organised by NSS Unit, DAV Public School Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana from 24 to 26 January, 2022. The event started with the celebration of National Girl Child Day where NSS Volunteers not only narrated success stories of women from all walks of life but also suggested number of ways to give them frontline position in the world. DAV Pakhowal students were lauded for their efforts in successfully taking the message of National Voters Day to the masses through their creative posters and slogans. DAV Pakhowal NSS Unit painted a fresh picture of Republic India in the minds and hearts of everyone through their patriotic speeches, soulful poems and overwhelming Desh Bhakti songs. Pr. Dr. Satwant Kaur Bhullar along with her team appreciated the zealous efforts of DAV Pakhowal students for adding more charm to the three days long celebrations. 

Pr. Dr. Satwant Kaur Bhullar expressed her elation on witnessing the confidence and patriotic fervour of the students. She shared that 73rd Republic Day itself is a symbol of progressive thinking and that we are empowered in ever way. India is land of equality and brotherhood. She expressed that by commemorating such events we can truly release the meaning of patriotism and salute the soldiers who safeguard every Indian day and night. She acknowledged the team work of NSS Unit and congratulated them for making the day a memorable one.
