EARTH DAY CELEBRATED AT DAV PAKHOWAL 

The staff and students of DAV Public School Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana expressed gratitude to Mother Earth on the occasion of Earth Day on its campus. Myriad of fun filled creative activities and competitions based on the theme Alternatives of Plastics were organised for the students of different classes. The students wholeheartedly participated in different activities and competitions to showcase their concern for their mother nature. Principal Dr. Satwant Kaur Bhullar appreciated the unique and creative alternatives of using Plastic figured out by the students. She felt elated on viewing the DAV Pakhowal blooming buds promoting message of ‘Clean and Green Earth’. Everyone was touched to watch the young nature lovers planting saplings and gifting themselves and mother earth a green and health lifestyle for future. Dr. Bhullar lauded the students on winning positions in the different competitions. The participants who clinched positions are:
