DAV NATIONAL SPORTS

DAV Public School, Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana hosted the DAV National Sports Cluster Level Basketball, Taekwondo, Karate and Wushu Tournament on 15th October 2022 with great vigour and exuberance. The event was inaugurated by  Pr. Dr Satwant Kaur Bhullar as the Chief Guest along with the academic supervisors and sports officials. Around 300 talented sport stars from 10 DAV Schools became a part of this grand event. Pr.Dr. Satwant Kaur Bhullar acknowledged the vision of Arya Rattan Hon'ble Dr. Punam Suri Ji, President DAVCMC for providing a golden platform to the all the sports aspirants of DAV Schools PAN India. She encouraged and motivated the players to put their best foot forward.

The event began with the ceremonial oath administered by Saumya Dhingra, School Sports Captain alongwith the players who vowed to display examplary sportsmanship and fair play throughout the event.

Mr Rajesh Thakur (HOD Physical education department) appreciated the enthusiastic falconers for setting up higher benchmarks that will always keep on illuminating the paths of future sport stars.

The hardwork of the players was rewarded with medals and certificates of merit.

Pr. Dr. Satwant Kaur Bhullar extended her appreciation to all the officials who contributed to the event by making wise decisions and drawing fair results. She also congratulated all the participants and their coaches for putting up a spectacular show. The event accomplished with with National Anthem.
