Ved Prachar Saptah Concluded with Bhajan Sandhya

With the blessings of Arya Rattan Padma Shri Awardee Hon'ble Dr Punam Suri Ji( President DAVCMC and Arya Pradeshik Pratinidhi Sabha New Delhi) and Arya Pradeshik Pratinidhi Up sabha, Punjab, DAV Public School, Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana, successfully concluded the Ved Prachar Saptah on 27 Aug 2024.The week-long celebrations culminated in a grand ceremony with a soulful Bhajan Sandhya  leaving a lasting impact on all participants.

The event aimed to spread the philosophy of Vedas and promote Indian culture, witnessing enthusiastic participation from students, teachers, and parents. The program commenced with a customary Havan by Pr. Dr. Satwant Kaur Bhullar (President Arya Yuva Samaj Punjab) along with staff and students. The magnificent spectrum was inaugurated by Chief Guest Shri Rakesh Jain ji (Pradhan, Arya Samaj,  Model Town Ludhiana and Senior Members of School LMC), followed by a lamp lighting ceremony, semi-classical dance performance on Ved Mantras, and enchantment of bhajans.

The PPT presentation by Ms. Kiran Jain (HOD Hindi) enriched the audience's knowledge about Vedas ,while the felicitation ceremony recognized 40 students who excelled in various activities conducted during the celebrations .

Pr. Dr. Satwant Kaur Bhullar's discourse on Ved Mantras, presented through a PPT, explained complex concepts in simple terms, inspiring everyone to embody the true spirit of Arya. She emphasized the importance of being good human beings and understanding Vedas to build a peaceful, value-oriented society.

Shri Rakesh Jain Ji shared his valuable insights and encouraged the gathering to serve the society as true Aryas. He also admired the school team for undertaking such progressive endeavours.

Pr. Dr. Bhullar expressed her appreciation to students and parents for their collaborative efforts in nurturing values and embracing Vedas.She also extended her heartfelt gratitude to Shri Rakesh Jain Ji, for sparing his precious time to grace the occasion and sharing his valuable insights with the DAV family.

The program concluded with an overwhelming vote of thanks proposed by Ms Shaveta Kaplish (Co-ordinator School Arya Yuva Samaj). The audience rang down the curtain on the promising endeavour with recitation of sacred Shanti Path.
