Two Days CBSE CBP for Economic Teachers 

DAV Public School Pakhowal Road Ludhiana hosted Two days Capacity Building Programme for teachers teaching Economics at Senior Secondary Level by CBSE on its campus on 27 and 28 September 2024. Around 50 teacher delegates from various CBSE schools participated in the workshop. Pr.Dr.Satwant Kaur Bhullar alongwith the resource team comprising Ms Kirandeep Kaur Kharbanda (KVM Ludhiana ) and Ms Manpreet Kaur (Cambridge International School, Jalandhar) inaugurated the event with the pious lamp lighting ceremony. Pr. Dr. Bhullar encouraged the delegates to enrich themselves through the significant platform of learning.

The Resource Persons reviewed the subject in the light of NCF. They introduced novel and effective teaching strategies to improve the board results. The content of the training also included advanced pedagogy and approaches like concept mapping, blended learning, interdisciplinary projects, framing & administering achievement tests etc. The teachers also got the opportunity to interact with the RPs and clarify their doubts related to the curriculum. The delegates participated wholeheartedly and took away the treasure chest of creative ideas to impart learning in their classrooms.

Pr. Dr. Satwant Kaur Bhullar extended  heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to both the scholars for their expert guidance and enlightenment. The session was fructiferous for all the delegates.
