Seminar on First - Aid and  CPR Skills 

DAV Public School Pakhowal Road Ludhiana organized a training session on First-Aid and CPR Skills  for its staff members on 16 January 2023

 The esteemed resource person of the day Dr. Rahul Bansal, MBBS-MD accompanied by Mr. Sandeep, Nursing Superintendent, and Mr. Ranjit Singh, Marketing Coordinator, from Satguru Partap Hospital graced the moment. Dr. Rahul Bansal, MBBS-MD, in his extensive lecture shared that it's crucial to develop BLS skills amongst the school team members to deal efficiently with any type of medical emergencies. He demonstrated simple and effective techniques to enhance the survival rate.

The staff was also trained to critically examine and assess the situations of resuscitation without any panic.

Pr. Dr. Satwant Kaur Bhullar appreciated the revered resource person of the day for a fruitful session. She emphasized the necessity for integrating the subject into the core curriculum of schools which could help in circulating the culture of emergency care in the general population. She added that such seminars were the need of the hour. She ensured to hold such session in future too.
