Commerce Whizkids of DAV Public School Pakhowal Road Ludhiana
The Senior Secondary students of Class XII Commerce Stream grabbed elite ranks in the 12th National Level Commerce Talent Search Exam- 2018. Varun Tangri scored National Rank -3 and was awarded with a Trophy, Mobile phone and a certificate of merit. Varun shared that it was a dream come true for him. He aims to join civil services and wishes to devote his life in serving the country. Kierty Gupta and Muskan Goober bagged 28th and 34 th National Rank respectively and were awarded a trophy, wrist watch and certificate of merit.
Manmeet Singh of Class XI and Alish Jain of Class X qualified both the levels of ICAI Commerce Wizard -2018, a Talent Search Test in Commerce organised by Career Counselling Sub group under BOS, ICAI. Manmeet shared that he wished to become a successful Chartered Accountant like his father. He has already started his preparation for the same and would be working strenuously to achieve his goal.
Mrs. Damanjit Kaur, HOD Commerce Dept. shared that the entire senior secondary commerce batch is fully committed to chase their dreams to become renowned businessmen, chartered accountants, bankers etc. She said that the students have amazing capabilities and aspirations. Their determination and strong will power to do something will surely bear fruit.
The Principal Dr. Satwant Kaur Bhullar congratulated the achievers and their parents for their incredible hard work. She encouraged the students to learn taking up challenges and sought them out with testified experiences. She assured that the school staff is doing its level best to keep the students abreast with the contemporary trends and advancements. They have been constantly guided to hone their tender skills into fine and strong threads of experience. She stressed the importance of talent Search exams in making students confident and equipped.
