Pratibha-  'Cultural Show and Prize Distribution Function'

D.A.V. Public School Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana organized 'Pratibha- Cultural Show and Prize Distribution Function' for the students of class IV and V who attained a stupendous feat in academics in the session 2018-2019 with great exuberance on 9th May, 2019 . Eminent business entrepreneurs Hon'ble Ms Reena Aggarwal , Founder Homes Signature and Geeta Nagrath , Director IIFT graced the occasion as the Chief Guests in the morning and evening functions respectively.  The event was graced by many elite dignitaries. The presence of grandparents and parents enhanced the glory of the function. More than hundred students participated in the Cultural Show and made it memorable for all. The event had a pious beginning with the traditional Lamp Lightening Ceremony followed by the recitation of Gayatri Mantra and DAV Gaan.

The Principal Dr. Satwant Kaur Bhullar accorded a formal welcome to all the dignitaries, guests, grandparents and parents of the achievers and participants. In her address she emphasized that this event was a little pursuit to  acknowledge and appreciate students' achievements and thank parents and teachers for their continuous support and guidance ,who are also the part of this triumphant moment. 

The event was a spectrum of mesmerizing performances by the cherubs. The well-organized ISA activities depicting the various dance forms of different countries enthralled the gathering. The folk dances of various countries stole the hearts of the gathering. The academic achievers of session 2018-19 were awarded with trophies  and achievement certificates. Olympiad toppers were also acknowledged with medals .The Chief Guests Hon'ble Ms. Reena Aggarwal and Ms Geeta Nagrath, appreciated and congratulated all the prize-winners for their achievement. The event concluded with vote of thanks proposed by the Academic Supervisor Ms Tejinder Kaur. The event accomplished with fond memories of celebration of talent and success.
