Annual Science Fest 'Jigyaasa-2023' 

DAV Public School, Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana organized two days Science Exhibition - 'Jigyasa 2023' to showcase the innovative brilliance of young science enthusiasts from Classes III - XII from 30-11-2023 to 1-12-2023.  The event was inaugurated in the auspicious presence of chief guest of the day revered Dr. Jaspal Singh, Professor in Civil Engineering PAU & Chief Engineer in GADVASU, Ludhiana.The exhibition unveiled 322 models prepared by the budding scientist of DAV Pakhowal. Students prepared a wide range of creative and thought-provoking exhibits for the exhibition.  The students were meticulous in convincing the audience with their brilliant and intriguing presentations, based on their working and non-working models like Smart home technology, Chandrayan, Geostationary Satellite,  Hemodialysis,Water bank, Solar Tracker, launch of space Satellite and many more.

Dr. JaspalSingh,the chief guest of the day, appreciated the young exhibitors for their oratory and sharp cognitive skills. In his precious discourse, he emphasised on creating environment friendly inventions. He motivated the students to take failures as stepping stones to success and contribute positively to the surroundings.

The day two of the exhibition witnessed incredible turnout of students from different classes. Their enthusiasm for exploring scientific concepts and supporting their peers was truly commendable.

Pr. Dr. Satwant Kaur Bhullar praised the Science Department for their strenuous efforts for providing a platform to the students to stage their talent in the field of science. She mentioned that such platforms help  to charm the holistic outlook of the students.   She expressed her elation on the success of the event.
