Two Days DAV Sports Empowering - DAVians State Level of Basketball & Karate Tournament 

The entire DAV Public School Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana premises resonated with a vibrant spirit of sportsmanship and unity during the grand commencement of two days DAV State Level Basketball & Karate Tournament held on its campus from 14th to 16th December 2023. The grand event was inaugurated by Pr. Dr. Satwant Kaur Bhullar who welcomed around 500 young sports enthusiasts from 7 Clusters (DAV schools from Punjab). The tournament witnessed an intense competition which led to an array of medals won by energetic participants. Pr. Dr. Satwant Kaur Bhullar lauded the efforts of Mr. Rajesh Thakur, HOD Physical Education Dept., and his diligent team for the grand success of the event. In her address she shared that sports, beyond its competitive nature, instills invaluable lessons - teamwork, discipline, and resilience. She blessed the participants with hale and hearty life.
