ONE DAY CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMME

Under the aegis of DAV Centre for Academic Excellence, New Delhi, DAV Public School, Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana organised a One-day Capacity Building Programme in the subjects of  Hindi, Punjabi, ICT and Social Science for teachers at Primary, Middle Ms Secondary level on January 8,2024 on its campus. Around 145 from different DAV schools participated with a unanimous objective to hone their classroom management skills through this programme.

Pr. Dr. SatwantKaurBhullar extended a warm welcome to Pr.MrsAnujaBhardwaj (Pr. DAV Public School, Khanna) as the onsite observer and  the resource persons - Mrs Monika Rani  (DAV BRS Nagar), MsBabita Saharan (DAV Pakhowal), MrsBeena Sharma (DAV BRS), MsMinakshiSood  (DAV Pakhowal), Mrs Monika Sharma   (DAV BRS Nagar), MrsNeeti Sharma (Police DAV) for Hindi; MrsHarpreetKaur  (DAV  BRS Nagar), MrSatnam Singh  ( Police DAV) &MrsGurdeepKaur (DAV Pakhowal) for Punjabi; MsAmandeepKaur (DAV BRS Nagar), MsGurleenKaur (Police DAV ), MrRohit Kumar (DAV BRS Nagar) &MrsRekha Sharma ( DAV Pakhowal) for ICT ; MsKavitaAnand (DAV  BRS Nagar), MsManjitKaur( Police DAV), MsRumjitKaur(DAV  BRS Nagar),  MsDikshaKhanna (DAV Pakhowal) , &MsArchana (DAV  BRS Nagar) for Social Science.

The master trainers took up enriching sessions to empower the teachers. They suggested efficient strategies and workable solutions to develop competencies and handle classroom problems. The teachers gained wise insights and brain storming ideas to enhance the teaching skills.

She also admired Dr. MrsNishaPeshin (Director PS and Academics at DAVCMC, New Delhi) for her indispensable efforts in setting up benchmarks in the field of education. She also applauded Pr. MrsJaswinderKaurSidhu (ARO PB Zone-F and Training Coordinator) and Pr. Dr. MrsAnuVerma (Cluster Head) for their constant guidance and support to the noble mission. She also appreciated the team of Master Trainers for sharing their knowledge and holding the hands of the teachers to steer the wheel of quality education into a fruitful direction. The CBP culminated successfully with a vision to glorify the task of education further.
