Meditation Session at DAV Public School, Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana

DAV Public School, Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana organised a meditation session for its staff on 17 Nov 2018. The resource person Shri. Anil Bharti,President Swami Vivekanand Memorial, and his better half Ms Leena Bharti, Meditatition falicitator, Mr Ashok Dhir and Mr Rajinder Sharma  encouraged the teachers to devote time to medidate as it has the divine power to resolve several psychosomatic disorders and help in leading a healthy life. He also guided the teachers on ways to keep away negative emotions like hatred, anger, jealousy and insecurity.

Pr. Dr. Satwant Kaur Bhullar shared the importance of fostering divnity and humanity. She stated that meditation, prayers, wishing goodwill and forgiveness can bring a huge transformation in the way of living. It enlightens the minds and gives peace to the souls. The session was extremely  fruitful for everyone.
